How can I become a Flecks Athlete?

We don’t really have set criteria when we choose our athletes, as everyone is unique.  The only advice we can offer is to identify what makes you unique, and how that uniqueness can inspire others to become greater versions of themselves.

In other words – it’s not just the athlete, but how they can positively influence others!

Currently, there's no official application form to become an athlete - but make sure you're following us on social media, as we're always on the lookout for new talent, and will advertise from time-to-time when there's openings available!

Can I put an item on back-order?

There’s nothing worse than spending hours debating over which awesome item of Flecks clothing you want, just to find that when you try to buy it that it’s sold-out! Unfortunately, Flecks doesn’t allow to place back-orders on stock items, but if you placed an order on a suddenly-sold-out item, A Flecks customer service rep will be in contact to organise a refund.

When will an item be restocked?

We can’t always give a heads-up about when items get restocked as our stock is subject to change – but we understand that knowledge is power, and you’re ordering Flecks to feel powerful, after all. That’s why we recommend you sign up to our newsletter, and keep an eye on our social media and our Blog for any and all updates to your favourite Flecks gear!

Congrats on the discount! To use that shiny new code, simply enter it the 'promotional code' box in the shopping cart when you're ready to confirm that order of fresh Flecks gear! Unfortunately only one code can be used at a time, so please check to make sure you've got the right one!

Wondering where your slick new gear is? Worry not! After you place an order, you’ll automatically receive a confirmation email, and after your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive another one with the order’s tracking info!

But here at Flecks, we understand that life doesn’t always go to plan. If it’s been more than 3 business days and you still haven’t received your order’s tracking information, please contact our support team through the Contact Us page, or if it can’t wait then send a message through our Live Chat!

Here at Flecks, we understand that keeping in the know is an important part of everyday life – so we get that you want to keep on top of your order, too.

Our orders will be sent using Australia Post couriers, so you can track your new Flecks clothing by clicking the link provided in the email with your tracking information, then entering your order number on the site it leads to. Super simple!

We certainly do!  The only thing is it's for purchase of $100 or delivered within Australia.  For shipping rates its best to check out Delivery here.

Sometimes, regrets can happen! Unfortunately, once you’ve placed an order with us it can’t be cancelled or amended - but don’t fret! If your delivery wasn’t what you ordered, head on over to our Returns page and fill out the simple, easy-to-follow steps to be on your way to a refund!

We know it sucks when you don't receive what you ordered, so here at Flecks we allow returns within 30 days of your purchase, and if you're Australian then they're even free! After you've filled out the form on our Returns page, just send your order (with the original items and packaging) back to us. To avoid any gremlins from making your returned items go missing, make sure you use a trackable postage service! That way you can rest assured that everything's going smoothly.
